Information we receive from you on applications, loan documents, sales documents, or

receive from a

about our customers or
former customers to anyone, except to our affiliates and as permitted by law.

Email and Email addresses:

We collect your e-mail address when you provide it to us in an online product application,
Georgia Custom
Mortgages will never sell your e-mail address. We will only use your address to
communicate with you
regarding the servicing of your accounts or to make you aware of products and services
that may be of
interest to you. When you send Georgia Custom Mortgages an email, we may retain your
message and our
response for quality assurance purposes. It is important to remember that regular (non-
encrypted) e-mail is

Online Application:

We collect information from you when you fill out an online application for a new product or

(mortgage, home equity line of credit, 2nd mortgage). All online applications are encrypted
to maintain the

attempt to make you aware of products and services from Georgia Custom Mortgages
